Nova Hair Studio Policies

Please review our studio policies prior to booking. These guidelines are designed to protect your time, our team’s time, and the quality of your experience.

Booking with Nova Hair Studio means you agree to the following terms:

 

Reservation & Credit Card Policy

To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is required. Your card is securely stored through our booking system and will be used for the following:

  • Securing your reservation
     

  • Charging for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice)
     

  • Charging for no-show appointments
     

  • Charging for late arrivals requiring rescheduling
     

By booking with us, you authorize Nova Hair Studio to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies.

We kindly ask that all guests honor these policies to help us respect the time of our artists and fellow guests.

 

Online Booking Policy

  • Reservations can be made online or by calling 817-337-8686.
     

  • Online requests are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from our team.
     

  • Artist availability may vary; your request will be scheduled based on the best match.
     

 

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy


24-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.


No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without any notice will be charged in full (100% of the booked service total). Repeat no-shows may lose online booking privileges and be limited to walk-in availability.

Please note: If you no-show a redo or complimentary service, it will not be rescheduled.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, the full service fee will still apply to cover the time reserved for you.

 


Service Guarantee & Redo Policy

At Nova Hair Studio, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your service:

  • Please notify us during your visit or within 48 hours of your appointment.
     

  • If it is determined that a correction is needed due to a service error, we will gladly adjust it at no charge.
     

  • Corrections must be approved by management and scheduled within 5 days of the original service date.
     

  • We do not offer complimentary adjustments for changes of mind or new preferences after the service is complete.
     

Please note: Corrective color or transformations (such as going lighter or removing box color) may require multiple sessions and are not considered “errors.”

 

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If a service adjustment is deemed necessary and falls within our redo policy guidelines, we are happy to provide a solution. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

 


Retail Product Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 7 days of purchase.
     

  • A salon credit will be issued—no cash or credit card refunds.
     

 

Right to Refuse Service

Nova Hair Studio maintains a safe, professional, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who exhibits:

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests
     

  • Aggressive or disruptive conduct
     

  • Repeated policy violations
     

 

Children & Minor Services

  • We do not perform services on children under 13.
     

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the consultation.
     

  • A minor consent form must be signed before services are performed.
     

 

Health & Safety – Head Lice Policy

Due to sanitation standards and health guidelines, services cannot be performed on guests with head lice.

  • If lice is identified during a service, it will be immediately stopped.
     

  • Services may resume 48 hours after treatment is complete.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Discover
     

  • Cash
     

 

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
     

  • Must be presented at time of redemption
     

  • Not redeemable for cash
     

  • Not refundable
     

  • Valid only at Nova Hair Studio
     

  • Copies or lost certificates may not be honored without proof of purchase
     

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for appointment communication and studio updates. We do not share or sell your information under any circumstances. We appreciate your trust in allowing us to serve you.
